- Subscription deliveries follow the schedule selected by the user
- You may pause, modify, or cancel subscriptions subject to cut-off times
- Missed deliveries due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer may not be refunded
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can’t be canceled once placed
- Perishable goods may not be eligible for refunds once delivered
Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
- You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order
